My suggestion is to add some of the fats in your diet.Don`t use saturated fast as they are bad for heart and clog the arteries and is dangerous for heart patients .Always include coldwater fish as the part of your diet.Try to use olive oil instead of using butter.Eat nuts and seeds for getting fit

Water is necessary for every human being and living thing as our body requires 70% water.Water removes toxins,keeps our complexion fair and helps in digestions.it helps to suppress the appetite
