Top 6 tips to build muscles and get ripped

I will tell you how to make big muscles just by following few steps.In this article i will show you how to build  quality muscles
Train with weights
One of the biggest mistakes in gym is overtraining.70 hrs should be minimum for training muscles.training of muscles will burn your fats and huge part of your body get ripped 
Push routine 
It is used in many gyms for decades Because it really works in gym for getting ripped routine Chest-Shoulders-Triceps then next workout Legs-Back-Biceps.the only routines yo need to do but this really works believe me 
Repetition range
Remember to keep the repetition range from 8-12.If You go higher than 12 then my suggestion is to add some of the weight lower then 8 reps and its too heavy.Always be patient to grow a bigger muscles 
Sets and Exercises 
Always do 2-3 exercises a day.this is the biggest key to make bigger muscles and to get ripped your body 
it is better if you have a raining partner which will help you 
Proteins 
Always remember to take proteins.If you remember proteins will repair muscles and build it.Take at-least 1 gramme per 1 lb of your body and 5-6 meals per day.Include proteins in your diet and take low carbohydrates  meal 
Water  
One of the best ways to lose fats and get ripped is water.Water will remove toxins and helps your organs to work better.drink 8-12 glasses a day of water for better health and get ripped
